Dear Brent

I am writing to thank you for helping out with the teachers to make camp fun.

I liked it on the second to last day when we all played that disease game. My favourite activity was the high ropes and the luge. You were super fast! I keeped crashing! I also liked it when we went to Paradise Valley. I loved the wallabies. There was a little joey in the pouch and I managed to pat it. It was very soft. I also liked the possum, it looked super soft and I loved the look of the Kea.

Pop Art

Today we did a Pop Art of our self! The site we went on was Lunapic.

First you have to take a pitcher then go to LunaPic. Then you have to press upload it then you go to filter art and effects then your done! 

I found it tricky to find what background I wanted.

I found it easy to take the pitcher.

Next time i would Ask someone for some help.

I found it challenging to Work out how to put the Pop art on my blog.

Faith GIF

Today we have being doing a Gif and this is my one I did. We did it on Faith because it is our school value for Term 3. 

First we made some slides about Faith and then we went to Tall Tweets and it told us to put a timer for the slides. When I did it I found it easy to put the timer in. I found it tricky to choose what I was going to write because there was a lot to write about what faith sound like to me.

multiplication Times tables checkup

Today my class were doing times tables on this website. Called MTC multiplication Tables checkup I only got One right 

And there is a timer and it goes a bit fast And i was doing it on the two times tables. 

I found it tricky to do them because of the timer going really fast.

I found it to easy to.

Next time I would look at my times table chart at home to learn.

I found it challenging to work them out.

Today we had a pick to do a drawing on our chromebook. Or on a piece of paper i chose a piece of paper because i'm a  good drawer and i love to draw some stuff

Patten Ball P.E.

We are learning to communicate and work as a team.

How we worked out the pattern: I started with the pink ball we needed to chest pass. Mya started with the blue ball we needed to bounce pass. Kylah started with the rugby ball we needed to rugby pass.

To communicate we had to call names and use eye contact.

I found it easy to throw the balls and communicate.

I found it tricky to catch the rugby ball.

Today we're doing our May reflection, 

I found it hard to do the time for trivia, because I forgot it was men,t to be a quiz.

Pentecost

We are learning about Pentecost 

I found it tricky to stick on the fire/dove. And also take the photo
I enjoyed doing the writing and making the fire/dove.
Next time I will Do the body first on the dove  and  I will try put a countdown on the photo
I really ENJOYED putting the dove on the window with red orange and yellow so then I can copy the dove behind the colour paper

On Pentecost the disciples got told to wait from Jesus, Jesus went  into heaven. So they waited and waited. There were other people but then the disciples had a flame on their head for a couple of seconds. Then they started talking different languages.

The people with different languages could talk to people that had the same language and tell them about Jesus.

Hi my name is Ocean i go to Saint Mary’s Catholic  School. I am a year 5. I live with my mums and dad. I have a pet cat. I live in Gisborne.

I like soccer. I'm good at being kind to my friend's. I need to get better at using my adjectives in writing.
